What is the maximum pressing force you can manufacture?
We manufacture extrusion press equipment up to 250MN capacity.
What range of extrusion presses do you manufacture?
We manufacture open-die and closed-die forging presses as well as carbon and non-ferrous metal extrusion presses, covering a range of 6MN to 250MN for heavy industry.
Can you build a press for both carbon and non-ferrous metal extrusion?
Yes. Our press frames and actuation systems are engineered for carbon metal and non-ferrous metal extrusion alike, sized to your production tonnage.
What is the largest press capacity your machining floor supports?
Our heavy machining floor provides a 16m turning length and 130T lifting capacity, so large press structural components are machined in-house to drawing tolerance.
Which press types are outside your scope?
These presses are intended for heavy industrial metal forming; we do not build small-scale lab presses or precision micro-pressing machines.
